Wine & Whey - Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheese Kit
Our cheese kits are composed of citric acid, cheese salt, 1 yard of cheesecloth and the recipes to make mozzarella and ricotta cheese. These kits will yield 15-20, 1 gallon batches of each cheese. When ordering, please note your choice of vegetarian or veal rennet and with or without a thermometer.
